Ok, so Lucia just completely baffled me.
I was sweeping up the floor under the kitchen table, and Lucia asked why I couldn't stop and get to reading the library books on school topics right then. So I said: "Because I'm sweeping up yours and Rhea's croissant crumbs from breakfast." Then Lucia said: "That doesn't sound right. Yours and Rhea's." I said, "Yeah? Well, how do you think I should say it?" L: "You should say 'your crumbs and Rhea's crumbs'."
And she was SO RIGHT. I'm not even trying, and I'm raising a complete language nerd. I love it!! (How did that even not sound right to her?! Still amazed...)
