... that you cannot apply for a passport without a Social Security number, but that you can prove your identity to the Social Security Administration with a passport when you're applying for a Social Security number?
Also, did you know that a birth certificate and corresponding live baby in tow is not sufficient Proof of Identity, because the baby may have deceased?
Oh, how I love bureaucracy! :-) Now all we need is for some doctor's office to print a piece of paper and sign/stamp it to prove Rhea's identity and mail it in. (But the only reason they know who she is is because we tell them... how funny.)
